Amethyst
Amethyst has a long history of being a premier stone for breaking bad habits and creating new, more supportive routines - perfect as we start a new year and many of us explore the possibility of new habits and routines.
Amethyst is typically associated with the crown chakra, which is located at the top of the head. It is connected to spirituality and the divine and can help you to increase your intuition.
Smoky Quartz
Smoky quartz is a great crystal for grounding and for calling in Earth energy. It is also a fantastic stone for transmuting negative energy and energetically cleaning up your space.
It is also helpful in neutralizing and releasing negative emotions and thought patterns, so that you can move forward with less emotional clutter.
Celestite
Icy blue celesite (also called celestine) is an excellent choice to complement the cold month of January.
Celestite is known for its high-frequency energy and has been said to provide a connection to the angels and spiritual realm. It can be helpful for calming the mind, relaxing, sleeping more peacefully, and in meditation.
